For our out of town clients |
1. Please send your lens well packaged directly to us, along with
a detailed description of the problem.
2. After an inspection of your lens by our service engineer,
you will immediately receive a lens evaluation and estimated cost of
repair.
3. We charge $35 for an estimate.
4. After receiving our evaluation and estimate, you decide
whether you wish to have your lens repaired.
5. After repair, we would appreciate your feedback on our
service.
